# Custom Icons

The [`menu`](../configuration/menu.md) and
[`status_bar`](../configuration/status-bar.md) both support a small set of
builtin custom items not found in the traditional [Material Design Icons
(`mdi`)](https://pictogrammers.com/library/mdi/) set by setting the relevant `icon` paramter to the following values.

| Icon Name   | Resulting Icon                                                              |
| ----------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
